Working together for the best outcomes
At Brighter Homes, we understand how important it is to find the right home for each child. That’s why we work closely with a variety of professionals to ensure the highest quality of care at every stage. When a child lives with us, you can be confident that they will receive the care and support they need to believe in and build a better tomorrow.
Our referral process
From the moment you get in touch, we take time to make the move as straightforward and supportive for you as possible:
Send us a referral by filling out our contact form

Everyone who is important in the child’s life will agree on a transition plan
We’ll maintain regular communication with you between visits so you know how the child is progressing
